VIC - I usually keep quiet on your inane comments but please, get out of the clouds, will you? You said. "But, one has to ask oneself about just why this company was formed." VIC, have you totally lost your marbles? We, as American Citizens can choose to be entrepeneurs and start our own businesses whenever we want. These gentlemen have done just that, and there is no SEC regulation that can prohibit ingenuity. They have just as much right as anyone to go into business and sell there services as you would have had. And there is no conflict with the laws; there is nothing illegal here; anyone can be a shareholder, and still do work for a company. You also said, "Why would any company such as MRPS enter into a agreement with SmartStockAdvisor.com? VIC, have you EVER sold yourself or your services to anyone? Obviously, they had to "sell" their ability to perform to MRPS. MRPS "bought"! I assume these guys presented MRPS with a proposal, already being known to MRPS from their prior contacts (which we all know, they were calling regularly to the company) and "sold" themselves on their ability to perform.
