JDN,

The ANALysts are downgrading as their firms rake in the shares at these prices so they can then upgrade after they accumulate their positions. SOP(standard operating procedure). The earnings for CPQ are in the stock price already.

IMHO, Buy this stock now and on any DIP. It will not see these prices again. No one buys at the bottom on a stock like this all you can do is buy near and around a bottom. ( )( ).
