A few thoughts... First of all, I am not as long on NPEC as you guys are and will never be. NPEC seems to have turned over a new leaf, and from this point on, should be somewhat of a player with new potential for revenues. I am very glad for you "older" investors of the stock that have held for years and are finally getting rewarded, or breaking even! Again, IMHO, I feel that NPEC will see their stock price close around .50 at the end of the week, and go to the dollar mark by end of next week. I am very positive on NPEC. I am very new to this NPEC thread, but let me make this as simple as possible. This is my perspective on this, and I am sure some people will rank on me. That's fine. You can't make everyone happy. I have found that out after reading all the posts on this board. 1. NPEC suddenly draws attention, probably from a "penny stock website" 2. NPEC spreads more and more each day throughout the message boards 3. Because of this NPEC, volume and price climb steadily 4. Now because of high volume increases and NPEC's stock price climbing, the "charts" look great, and more people jump aboard ( most of the new investors have no idea what the company even does) 5. NPEC now shows up as "top picks" on "penny stock websites" drawing even more attention 6. Investors are excited because price and volume start increasing, and "older" investors can't believe their eyes. Let's face it, you "older investors" may not want to believe this, but if it were not for the "new" investors picking up on NPEC, this stock would still be sitting around .05 7. NPEC now has five press releases that are due out which includes a BLOCKBUSTER. This in turn causes messages boards like SI and Raging Bull to fill up with "a lot" of crazy and sometimes informational posts. ( It may be a pain to read through all these messages, but I would rather read a lot while stock is doing well than reading none and the price sits month in and month out) 8. NPEC will continue to climb to the prices I originally stated, and people will take profits along the way, but new investors will also come in. 9. In a couple weeks, NPEC will be a stable position around .50 after it goes over the dollar mark. Daytraders will leave causing it to set back a little. 10. Daytraders will leave, volume will drop, message boards will be readable, and everyone's happy! For the people scutinizing the press releases and reading into them until 2:00 a.m., give it up. Be involved, but don't try to figure out earnings and projections. Follow the hype of the releases, and enjoy the ride. Unfortunately, it's the 90's where investing has changed drastically. Many investors don't dive in, they look at the surface of the company. I myself am guilty, I admit it, but you know what, I make money. NPEC is a good company with lots of potential, based on the limited material I have read. NPEC will have a great future. Good luck to everyone, and again, a SINCERE congratulations to the investors that held.
