C, the reason BII chooses to take no action is because they have no grounds to take action on. I believe they are aware of a fundamental right known as Free Speech. In case you haven't heard of this before here is Amendment 1 from the US Bill of Rights. PS: will you be contributing to Sir V's legal fund? The Bill of Rights Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
