To all:

I am Bernie Deutsch, but not Bernie Deutsch as he has been represented on this thread, and who has been falsely accused of making many outrageous statements. I have neither been contacted by nor attempted to contact any member of SI prior to Friday, May 27th, when I spoke to Martin Frankel.

I would just like to clarify that I did indeed speak with Martin Frankel for 10-15 minutes on May 27, who only hung up on me after giving me his pager number and telling me that I could page him at any time. I have never spoken to Martin Frankel on any other occasion, nor have I spoken with anyone else who posts on SI or RB. At no time did I authorize anyone to speak in my name. Anyone who says otherwise is making false statements.

I created this account the other day specifically to address these statements. In order to protect my good name, I will request that anyone who continues to use my name in this fashion have his or her Silicon Investor account revoked.

People should read and concentrate on the intelligent posts on both of these forums, and ignore the ridiculous claims made to attack other posters and individuals involved with the company.

While I do not intend to post on SI regularly, I am considering making my email address public so that anyone who wishes to ask me questions may do so. I will decide this matter based on the response to this post. At this point, anyone who wishes to send me a private message may do so, and I will attempt to answer in a timely fashion. However, I will certainly not respond to any inquiries made by individuals who have been writing posts of the nature described above. Additionally, I will only respond to legitimate questions that I can legally answer.

Sincerely,

Bernard Deutsch
