Hello Kenneth,

I'm not sure how you are looking for this metric to be compared, but here is one perspective.

At NetWorld+Interop I saw the product produced by Ericcson/TouchWave and also by Nokia. They are going after small business PBX markets and both boxes supported VoIP and voice mail.

So included in the price (~$6000 for the Ericcson box) was your full PBX with voice mail, and the voice mail was compatible with the VoIP features ... I can leave messages and pick them up over the Internet using Microsoft NetMeeting ...

I believe that VoIP will be added to the PBXs just as other standard line cards ... the new access method/protocol (most likely H.323) will take advantage of the full PBX features.
