Chief, I apologize for the late response, I have been away. I liked your feedback! (I new and hoped you would respond) I liked your analysis of the 'world of OTC-BB companies '. In fact, I probably could not have found a better short explanation, Thanks. As you well know, there are countless individuals who like ITKG and read these messages but do not respond or are not connected to SI, who have these same feelings, thoughts and concerns. These are not necessarily bashers but would some how like to see these concerns recognized. I do not pretend to speak for these, but I know if I have these questions I'm sure others are felling the same way. I've also gotten some private messages with some good and some not so good explanations, I will have to do some research. This brings me to a thought about due diligence. I hear a lot of 'do your own DD' included on many posting on different subjects boards and I just wonder why it's referenced so much. Maybe I include it on my messages in case a stock I've recommended goes south then no one can come back on me? I believe due diligence is like beauty, as in 'in the eye of the beholder', it depends on what the individual wants. Either way, I bring this up because I think we all failed on the last bit of breaking news. On May 18, the ITKG issued news release, referencing the May 10 Aviation Week magazine article, was nearly ten days after the magazine was available on the news stand (magazine articles usually come out a few day before their issue date). My question is, how did we with all our due diligence mis this by at least ten days? Well, I certainly missed it, so much for my due diligence. The form 10, I know it needs to be correct before submission, but I am thinking, if another quarter goes bye before it is submitted, more work will have to be done to bring it current. Maybe June will be significant, I'm believing so! Thanks Again! KCMike
