Yes a real surprise. Not the meeting as that was mentioned on the XOMA web but the p.r. release. IMO its' the "children" that got the release accepted.

No institutional messages, to buy or sell. Impact of any "news" item might cause institutional purchasers to wait until impact if any is seen and reenter the market once the impact if any has exhausted itself. The benefit of not buying might be to avoid giving the security any extra positive momentum when retail was buying.

Just thinking. No idea what actually motivates those who send the messages or buy stocks for institutions. This is such a minor blip they may just do whatever they intended to without giving it any consideration.
