I would suspect that JL will want to shed his position as he exits.

I don't see how JL could make strategic decisions knowing he won't even be there. Especially as time ticks by...

Dane says, I want to do "X". JL says no. Dane says, "Hell, you won't even be here in "Y" months". Even though JL will still own roughly 20% of the new company, I just have a feeling he will not have the control he is accustomed to...even if today he thinks he will. Once the new sherrif is in town there might be some changes.

FWIW, I think HLX is a very good buy right now at its open this morning of 6.75. It will now track FGI, which I think will move higher absent the HEAVY selling pressure put on during the last week. As in previous post, $20 FGI = 9 1/4 HLX.

All, IMO.
