< Someone in the rose colored glasses committee please spin the lack of insider ownership.<

No need to spin anything here...the management is obviously much smarter than the investors!!! I'll admit I'm a dummy for buying into any of the B.S. these guys throw around.

To set the record straight, I inquired about Insider ownership and I was informed that the Insiders had recently bought around 22,000 shares total between around six different people. Only one bought as many as 10,000 shares. This is not impressive to say the least, but they were apparently purchases on the open market and not options being exercised <G>.

Also, I suggested that the Spectrum Press Release on the Kodak Minilab ought to be removed from the Spectrum Web Site in view of the change in Kodak's strategy to not go forward with their own branded Minilab. Someone told me that the Kodak item was indeed deleted from the Spectrum Web Site (I haven't looked). It is not clear whether Spectrum has the possibility of being included in any future Minilab Products from Noritsu or anyone else, but there will not be any Kodak Minilab anytime soon. (I wish that people would stop telling me that the Kodak Project was never going to be important now that it is dead.)

Well, all of you guys who suggested that my DD was lacking---you were right. I still have not been able to discern the strategy that is going to lead Spectrum back to improving profitability. Certainly it is not going to be any sort of Press Release campaign. The $6.3 Mil (Cdn) from the Government will be spread over 30 months as will the new hiring of 75 people. Hopefully, some profits will show up before then. <G>. (I know, 'taint funny Mgee).
