I have a lot of experience in the pet trade but not in mass retailing. I don't see how Petsmart can possibly increase same store sales. They all ready over expanded and cut back. So the main source of increasing income would have to be same store sales. What can they do to increase them? They had three stores in my area. Two have closed the 3rd one has a good inventory of dog/cat supplies but their fish dept. is very lacking. Unless I'm missing something I think they'll become the next Boston Chicken.
