Yes you need a second v card and win 98 to support

i run p200 win 95 and p2 350 on win98 w/ dual monitors
both have network cards.but.... i use 2 isp's one for each
i can share with each other anything but i am not sharing isp..it is possible though. Can also use a router but nay not be much better.

if you use one you may have a slow isp connection unless you have cable available

best to take to someone with exp. in this even it is simple.
would not recommend the big box stores as imo they know little.
