Evening Jeff, I suspected that we will see many very small trades for a week or two(most under 1000). Looking at the charts on the other
2nd n 3rd tier distributors they are healing. The Compaq deal(nothing to do with SEMI)last week trimmed 20 distributor down to 4. They had warehousing and a distribution network in place. SEMI's infastructure seems to be in place. Management must trim spending
again. Record revenues and poor earning don't get it. This is not a
mom n pop operation anymore. Lets hope young Goldberg saves face here.

Jeff, unfortunately, people don't want to think what is behind the reverse split. They see it and run away. The price action shows that SEMID is not an exception. The only hope that it is becoming so cheap that somebody may buy it. Michael
