Hi Nihil, yes, you are correct right, except the user terms do not give a third party SI member the right to publish a book containing other people's posting (only his/her own postings, but that would be boring) (i.e. last line of user terms: "end user for personal use.") However, SI does have the right to publish & distribute.

This is because the user terms states you grant other end users the right to download/print material for personal use, i.e. the terms do not grant 3rd party SI members distribution rights (only SI has this right and possibly you do on your own posts via copyright/IP ownership, I believe, but not another person's post).
