Letters of intent and visits to the property.... these steps by two majors are important. This being said... we know that waiting for many years can sometime pay off. <<However, I wish I'd followed my nose and bought some more at 8 cents a few weeks ago! >> Same here.

With the situation that presents itself, we (the group out of Chicago) have determined to try and raise the money to purchase Carlessi's operation. I believe Cadres project concept will be found to be highly economic and we have decided to support the company to the best of our abilities. Worst case, in our minds, is we end up with a profitable operation, even at todays gold prices and lower, and we move forward with our own resources. Have a good night, Rich
