Sir V, just out of curiosity how would 'insider information' have anything to do with making the Nasdaq call?? The fact that you ask this question is another demonstration of the fact that you just don't get it! Think about it Sir V, think - what insider information would make it possible to know that BII's Nasdaq listing would result in a share price fall??
