2. Increased earnings estimate to 6 to 8 cents for 2000.

Ending July 31, 2000? That seems reasonable if they can double the earnings to 2 cents per quarter.

3. Increased fair value 18 month price target from $2.50 to $5.00.

So based upon your estimate of 8 cents, fair value is at 62 times earnings? Then fair value for the Dow must be 30,000?

Can you please articulate how "fair value" is defined. Are we changing the name to Intelesis.com?

<<The company is negotiating with 2 credit card companies for contracts dealing with automated transaction processing services. Each contract could double the size of the company.>>

Don has been talking about these credit card deals for some time. It sounds like these are the kind of deals that can really make a difference to the bottom line. One of the problems with TSIS is that so many of their contracts are not real large in $ terms. It sounds like the credit card deals have the potential to be very large. If they sign one or both of these deals, could be the match that finally lights the fire.
