Hi Krikor, I have sent you an e-mail with the update that I put out mid morning, but I view the situation in Cadre to be about as good as it has ever been, despite the terrible resource market we are currently in. The reason is mainly because of the very strong sand and gravel market and also the future for these markets. This has attracted very respectable companies, in the way of Teck and Martin Marrietta minerals. Although we don't know if either of these companies will take the next step yet, I am hopeful, because I have always felt this project to be very profitable, even when gravel prices were much lower. The real hurdle over the past couple years, has been to get a company to take a hard look at the project and it's concept. Glad to see your still around for better times. Rich
