You got that right. I can remember when everyone was looking for an assumption of 12%. Right after that, banks did away with assumptions, but it didn't matter much, they haven't been needed much in quite a while. Congrats on your new home. We just bought a new house in March. So now I'm sitting here waiting for the furniture repair man to come and for GNET to go up. Wonder which will come first.
