LJM,

If one decides to tender shares by the June 18th deadline, when is the deal expected to actually close. That would seem to me to be an important issue...timing??

The other issue is whether the shares are guaranteed to be bought. What I am considering doing, especially at these prices, is tendering my shares and doubling down. Then if the shares are not actually bought, I can still sell the extra shares at a paper loss and lower my cost basis or keep all of the shares including the ones bought today at a bargain price.

Called National Discount Brokers to see where information on this deal is since everyone seems to have it. They said they can't help me since their clearing house handles this and they don't have the # for clearing house. just information for those looking for a broker j.d.
