WT - On many of your points I (imvho) do agree!! I have knowledge of conversion efforts to SAP at three corporations. What makes this case different is that: (1) Alan (to the best of my knowledge) came from Compaq which converted to SAP and (2) the NN leadership is already SAP experienced (prior to working at NN). These would be good points for the company to mention with regard to SAP. Just my opinion (by the way I'm currently working in the conversion environment - but not SAP). With regard to the value and state-of-the-art of SAP your opinion probably is very close to mine. Still, I look at this as a step in the right direction. Cheers Scott
