Bob, What are you trying to say by referring to my post? Simply by shorting HITT I'm a potential defendant in this suit????? Or are you claiming that Schwab is liable for lending me the shares? Each is equally impossible. HITT is attempting to intimidate posters who've shined the light of truth on this stock promotion. Given that I've never posted on HITT before this, HITT's own press release eliminates me from the running. that the Company plans to file a lawsuit in federal court against anonymous posters on the Internet using aliases and pseudonyms to camouflage their true identities in a nationwide campaign to destroy the reputation and undermine the business affairs of the Company by posting false, defamatory, and malicious messages on the Raging Bull and Silicon Investor Message Boards about the Company and certain current and former officers and directors.
