Im getting the feeling that this correction is strengthening not weakening. As for capitulation, I dont see that yet in the sense of volume, at least not yet.

This is a tough correction since it is not moving fast, but deterioration in more and more sectors are appearing, rather than improving. Its a slow type of a correction which actually started in APRIL, and as time elapsed more sectors are participating. The cyclicals recently showed some signs of topping out, and now the smaller caps are not showing the strength they had recently. The old saying that the cyclicals/small caps are the last in the rally, may be correct in this case.

It was a rotating rally, so will it be a rolling correction also??
