You wanted PROOF - Here it is !!!!

Often times the proof is right before our eyes -
and we fail to see it, read it, think about it,
then check with an attorney of your choice and
do your DD, this is conclusive proof we have a:

DONE DEAL

THE PROOF: The court order of 5/24/99, wherein
the judge ordered the Appeal time to run, and the
destruction of exhibits to commence 20 days after.

(a) There cannot be an appeal until a final decision is made - otherwise, you would be appealing NOTHING....Think about it.....

(b) No court would order the exhibits destroyed
until final disposition of the property involved
has been completely resolved....Think....

(c) All Star Resorts is a Single Asset company,
there can be no mistake as to what exhibits the
court is referring to....only property they have
is Lake Tropicana Apartments....Think....

(d) All Star's attorney - Mr. Babero subsequently
filed a motion to withrdaw exhibits, meaning - he
wants the exhibits returned to All Star rather than being destroyed....Think....

(e) If the deal closed (as I believe) on 5/19/99,
the 10 court days required for the filing of an Appeal would commence on 5/20/99 and run through
6/3/99 (Thursday), interesting how this date has been tossed around by everyone....Think....

(f) All the talk about the case being continued,
has no effect on MPTV obtaining title to the property unless the court orders the appeal time
extended, which the court has not done at this time according to all the information I have....
The case with All Star will continue as it has,
after the final disposition of assets....Think....

Now, you have what I have, I suggest you get off
your tails and start checking this scenario out
with competent legal assisstance....Do your own DD....see what conclusions you come up with....
there is no other way to put the pieces of this puzzle together....But, as always, I'm open to
suggestions....JMHO....

Good Luck,

Go MPTV
