As Billy contemplated last thoughts, half-baked, he pondered if smoking one more bowl would have made the difference. Although the fractures were severe, it was electrocution that proved fatal. Pulling the rapelling ropes off the high-voltage lines would have made the gangs trip last longer. The accident shortened his life.
