Not meanintg to rain on anyone's parade, But I have a few questions. The stock symbol begins with the letters DD. That means they have until the end of this (or next??) month to file financials with the SEC or be delisted. When are they going to file?? This link: techstocks.com Shows that the convertible may convert into 18 times the float of this company's stock without giving the company a dime. That is what "Convertible Preferred" means. What is left for me if I buy this stock now? I am just beginning to start my DD so any help would be appreciated. TIA BT
