Something I have never stated before. . .

I take some heat from active traders because our HOME and FISHING threads are so conservative in our trading choices. It seems we never just jump into anything blindly here. And for whatever reason, that bothers a surprising number of posters on SI. Now and then you see me squabbling with such.

But it is that extra bit of DD BEFORE jumping in, that helps keep our accuracy record intact. Bottom line. . . I DON'T LIKE TO MISS on a call. So despite the advice of many and in the face of touters. . .we often choose to pass. . or at least WAIT before jumping in on such picks that don't originate with my DD.

And it comes as no surprise that the stocks I have lost money on most have not been my own picks. . .but when I listened to others and followed blindly. Don't do it.

Always do your OWN DD. . .you will get a sense of pride when it all works out for you.
