Having a great day myself. Finding them on the floor. Lots of good releases and flipping over into a long. I use the small ones to make money to support the longs. Hoping Greenspan gives the market a boost today.

Lot of the big stocks are getting killed.

Stages

ATLANTA (June 2) BUSINESS WIRE -June 2, 1999--Lakota Energy Inc. (OTC
BB:LAKO), announces it is entering into final due diligence and
negotiations with Data and Voice Design, (DVD), a Houston based
provider of commercial voice and data services that utilize ethernet,
or "wireless" networks.

DVD has developed a strategic product line to capitalize on the huge
demand for integrated voice solutions. They have in place agreements
with 3COM Corporation, Maisoft Inc. and TUT Systems Inc. pioneers in
the voice over Internet Protocol Technology. DVD has a current base of

margins.

"We are very excited about the possibilities that lie ahead for DVD.
The growth they have experienced in the past three years is clear
evidence of management's commitment to success. Their ongoing customer
base will add value immediately to Lakota Energy on a number of
fronts," said Ken Honeyman, President of Lakota Energy Inc.

Cody Morgan, President of Voice and Data Design added, "Today,
businesses are seeking integrated solutions from an experienced and
time tested company. Our goal is to become the provider of choice for
these companies by using our technological knowledge and serving them
with a powerful suite of communication services."
