Agreed. My take is probably a little different: I think that right now the big money is trying real hard to "broaden" the market. They also would like to bargain shop for the good ones (like DELL). So, if they push the small "craps" and start the selling the good stuff, and wait, they can increase their holdings in the good stuff without spending any more money. While this is happening, all the good news in the world would be wasted trying to catch a falling piano. When the institutions and big money start buying again (they definitely will), and it is beginning to happen now, the good news will begin to come out. The market tends to discount the news that is contrary to the larger trend. I only wish I had a little more money to buy some more DELL. Just a thought. MLJ
