Truthseeker, I would sincerely appreciate it if you would stop lying by telling everyone here that the "insiders" have sold all their stock. We have not. I am one of the 144 filers. We were investors in the old CDROM Yearbook company. We got in very low (over three years ago) and have held since. After TMRT took over and the stock moved we sold a little to recoup our investment. After talking with the owners and hearing what is actually happening we bought more. Let me repeat this: WE BOUGHT MORE. Our positions are larger than before.

Form 144's are good for 90 days. We reregistered when the first ones expired. What will we do next? Wait. We think some very good things will happen this year. Will it be tomorrow or the next day? Who knows? As any smart investor would we may sell a little if the stock goes way up. That is why we reregistered. There were other, much smaller, CDROM Yearbook investors. Why would anyone be "SHOCKED" that they also registered? Does anyone out there have a problem with somone buying low and selling high? If they sell, though, they can only sell once!

Now, back to you Truthseeker. You are an out and out liar. Do not post lies about me here again. Go ahead and repost your other silly little stories over and overif you have to. If you really were a truthseeker, though, you would talk with Mark Rosenberg or Nick Magliarditi to find out what is really happening, instead of using the lies you are to scare others into selling so you can short this stock.

Chris
