There was a detailed interview of CEO that I read just the other day but can't think of where on the net I saw it. The gist of it is, they have Institutional business and the retail business at this point is not making money. It is supposed to loose money for couple of years I think. But in any case, you might want to look for the interview if you are interested.

ML on NBR last night admitted

He was going online to hold onto the rich customers business that want to diversify their portfolio to include online daytrading. Nobody really see's ML as a threat to current online systems. If anything, ML's move only proves how powerful and dynamic this market will continue to become. Wall Street's reaction was illogical at best. Also, Versus holders should take heart in knowing that entry to their market is more not being pursued by most of these players. As long as we continue to see growth numbers as they spend that $50mil on marketing and upgrading service, this stock will prosper whenever there is volume. this entire downturn from the $20's was on pathetic volume, telling me that as soon as the American daytraders notice Versus again, it will rally once more. I'm starting to average down here, before we get the next quarters numbers.
