I'm using AIQ so I probably have different readings than you and others. I have neutral readings of 105-107 (or 1.05-1.07) on TRIN-5, TRIN-10, and TRIN-21 for the DJIA/NYSE. They have a threshold of 1.25 for oversold. The DJIA has been really slow to correct. I maintain a Price-Phase indicator of 10-period versus 40-period EMAs. The daily crossover of zero should occur in two to four days. The weekly value still shows the 10-week EMA to be 8 percent extended above the 40-week EMA after having topped out at above 10 percent. (It doesn't always pull back to zero on the weekly.)
