I'm with you brother...but need to take the time to look at it all first and see what Tom has to say. No...I do not think this is the news. .10 discount referred to, I presume, is that if you buy today at .52 you get it cheaper than what the company will sell the 10,000,000 shares. One big concern I have is will this result in a reverse merger later where we can really get creamed?? This is alot of shares for this company at this point. Concerned but not panicked. I was getting ready to buy more at these levels. Have to be careful now. Surely there is a good reason and some silver lining on this perceived cloud. Try to cool down til we get some more answers. JM...what's up?? Scoob?? where are you guys. We need your insight and opinions!
