I understand your frustration and have great sympathy for you. I believe the problem is lying in the enormous growth in E*Trade. If demand exceeds supply at an unprecedented rate. What do you do? You have to increase your capacity by hiring more labor and adding more infrastructure. Sometimes it puts a strain on the existing system and the end result is again temporarily out of equilibrium. It means there is a short term deterioration of service due to new hiring and high demand, and a short term bottle neck due to system upgrade. If I am sure Cotsakos understands how important is customer services and client relationship since his background is from service industry. Lets wait and see.
