Paul,

is there any recurring revenues in the contract with msft web-tv(besides the advertizing sharing and the 15 mil/year that msft will be paying gmst to remain a licensee).

Besides the 45 mil upfront fee, percentage of ad revenues and per unit royalty fees there was something in the filing called a "continuation" fee payable 12/31 of each year. I have no idea if this is a significant figure.

also, am trying to find out if gmst will be renegotiating the contract with msft anytime soon(i think its due to expire in jun '00).

The length of the agreement has been kept confidential although I have heard references to a 3 year duration. If so, it would expire January 2001.

Regards
Stew
