Actually, I was asking you where you got the $1 Billion valuation. I was asking you, why you picked $1 billion, and not $10 billion or $100 billion. You just tossed a number out there with no support. So where did you get a small cap number like $1 billion?

It's an illustration using some optimistic numbers. The basic point is that as long as Foveon is small relative to NSM, buying NSM is not an effective way to capture the growth of Foveon.
