the SI crowd is 97% American. That's the one think that kind of disappoints me about SI.

Chuckle. Guess we are not about to be bored. BTW where does the statistic that SI is 97% American come from? And is that American including Canadians and Mexicans - i.e. North Americans? How about South Americans?

Since this is the Ericsson thread, is there any interest on the part of any Ericsson shareholder in the future of CDMA? Is the purchase of CDMA infrastructure a "sunk cost" , i.e. just a waste of money? Or is it an investment?

Is it possible that the purchase of the infrastructure facility and the cross licensing agreement meant that Ericsson intends to market both CDMA and GSM, or is the CDMA part 100% useless? If the future of CDMA is so dark, why did Ericsson spend the money and reach the settlement with Qualcomm?
