TO ALL BIDS LONGS:

RE: GONORTH AND DAGAN

As you all know, this board has been constantly harassed by the aforementioned individuals. They have spent
an unusual amount of time trashing BIDS.COM . Their behavior is beyond what a typical Shorter would do. In
the case of GoNorth, he has dedicated all his posts to the BIDS thread. This has lead many readers of this
thread to suspect that he is paid to trash this stock. The question remains, who pays him??

Some of us believe that there might be a link between he and a securities firm (which shall remain nameless for
now).

BIDS.COM has been approached several times by concerned investors about the barrage of trash spewed out by
the aforementioned posters. Unfortunately, the company is hesitant to take legal action against these individuals.
Officials at the company are possibly fearful of the negative publicity that this might generate. However, I was
led to believe that the company would covertly welcome any investor interested in its future to take whatever
legal action necessary against GoNorth and Dagan.

I have spoken to an American lawyer concerning this matter. He suggested getting an injunction against
Silicon Investor for the permanent suspension of posting privileges of the two trashers. The injunction
would also result in the identification of Dagan and GoNorth which could possibly provide a link to their
alleged employer.

The decision for choosing an American lawyer rather than a Canadian is simply because of the severity of the
laws governing the markets in the United States. Furthermore, should surprising information be revealed
linking these two to a securities firm and stock manipulation, punitive damages can be extremely greater in the
U.S.

I will contribute $100 for legal fees. Anyone wishing to make any contribution is welcomed to contact me by
Private Message. The check should be addressed to the lawyer (In Trust). The name will be provided in a
Private Message to all wishing to contribute. A receipt will be forwarded.

Folks, this is our chance. Let's put our money where our mouth is.

SirVinny

Denise, a couple of questions.
1: since you seem to know everything can you tell us how many angels can dance on the head of a pin?
2: what does you TA say is going on. We haven't been hearing much about this lately. Any walls, flags, shakeouts?

Right on, Denise - I still want to know when will SI allow <blocking> of certain posters????
Anyway, quit wasting your time with this lug - can't you see he is successful if he gets your riled up?
IMHO - spend your time more valuably, use the time making an extra 100bucks - that you can send to Sir Vinny. Cheers, don.
