Just read the speech and he's down on Congress and the Clinton admin big time about protectionism. Good for him, I say!

rates, schmates, good grief, don't think they're going to do anything- he's managed to contain the hawks for the past couple of years, no reason why he can't hold them off a little longer? <g>
