Radim, lets visit one question again....

Q: Another chat with Joe T?
A: Yes, in two weeks audio and in four weeks web broadcast video.

So according to this we are going to be able to HEAR good ole JT at the next chat session, and then after that we are going to have a "telecast" of him on the chat site in 4 weeks!!!!! Not that I don't believe you, but do you mind if I double check this?

Radim, it checks out! I did also find out that the timing might be off a week or so as JT's schedule is a bit difficult due to a gold tournament at the same time. MS did say that the 4th quarter they will be operationally profitable.

All for now, thanks for the scoop!!!

Radim, thanks for good news! Joe Theismann said on FNTN live chat last night he's occasionally bought some penny stocks. Wonder if he meant AREE, which is doing well, (bought May 11th at .016). I think FNTN's big days are coming too.

Good to learn Joe had been a FNTN shareholder, before becoming our spokesperson. Looking forward to hearing and seeing him in the weeks to come.

Dear Radim,
Re: Q: M&A?
PIRATE: <See me on chat for that>"
From the SB2:
We may also expand through the acquisition of companies that provide
complementary services. We are considering an acquisition of a company that sells communications services. Discussions regarding the potential acquisition are in the preliminary stage and no terms have been agreed upon. The contemplated acquisition is not probable at this time. Any acquisition that requires payment of a cash purchase price will likely require financing in addition to the proceeds of this offering. Other issues to be resolved in an acquisition include the assimilation of the operations, management and products
of the acquired companies. We can't be sure that we will complete any
acquisitions.

As they state it is not probable at this time, any thoughts to what has changed? Can we anticipate further share issuance?,,, Barbara
