I'm about a 9 hour drive away and a trip through your tough border crossing guards. Last time I came through they did a background check on me and searched my car. I was getting ready to tell them I'd only allow that pretty female guard to strip-search me when they decided to let me through. The post date is May 28 from Toronto. Doesn't say much more about the name change than what I wrote. Reading between the lines, the permission for the new authorized shares looks to be for a private placement(s) so they can do an acquisition. Do you know of any company they may be looking at?
