POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 1999--Integrated Marketing Professionals, Inc. (OTCBB:POKR
- news) has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by ByeByeNow.com, a start-up corporation that intends to market
leisure travel products on the Internet.

Under the terms of the agreement, IMPI shareholders will receive $.669 per share in exchange for equal value of
ByeByeNow.com stock. The acquisition will be complete at the time of ByeByeNow.com's Initial Public Offering, which the
company expects to complete during the second quarter of 2000.

IMPI has cancelled its plans to merge with Aviation Industries Corporation. Aviation Industries Corporation has also signed a
definitive agreement to sell its stock to ByeByeNow.com. AVIA shareholders will receive $.669 per share in exchange for
equal value of ByeByeNow.com stock at the time of its IPO.
