If you are still holding an open IOI for DirectChef you need to have your head examined.

Price reduced 33% from 10-12 to 8. This does not look good. From the looks of it, We should expect to see this whole IPO circus pack up and leave town for a while unless something turns around quickly.

I don't expect many underwriters are going to bring companies public in this environment.

What does everybody else think.
