Joe, I believe each DIAL ADR on the NAZ represents 1/4 share of it in London. Take that and the exchange rate and I get about $12 per ADR share? Trading around 5 5/8 here so I must be wrong on that. Anyone else have a view? Jeff

Joe...I am British. Since there are 100 Pence in one Pound Sterling then 84 pence would represent .84 of a Pound. Since 1 Pound is equal to 1.604 dollars, one would multiply 1.604 Dollars by .84 and get an answer of US$ 1.35 rounded out.
