Mike, I already read the Volcker comments somewhere else. I think Bill Fleckenstein's page. Maybe AG should listen to his predecessor a little. It doesn't surprise me that Sir John sees the obvious excesses too. What does surprise me is that he says that he sees the correction coming soon. Value guys rarely make market calls like that. I hope he's right. I'm getting sick of waiting for the inevitable! Wayne

Mike, John Templeton has always been wise. Though I have to admit that his religious research foundation prints some of the most boring documents in the world. <g> Volker is just mad because he knows Alan Greenjeans can't carry his laptop, but AG gets all this positive publicity. Everything he said is true, but even the bulls know that the economy depends on 50 stocks, half of whom have never made any money. Big deal. They're blue chips if they went up a lot. <VBG>
