Seraf,

great post, PPV worth 1 billion is positive to say the least.
If they assume that IATV is worth 1 billion market cap as of now and PPV is valued at 1 billion then the stock price target would be 52+ based on future expectations/earnings and no dilutions etc.

I will stick to my expected "PO", if anything I will add to it.

My sister-in-law works for a cable outfit in LA. IATV was there giving a presentation about 3-4 weeks ago. While they were there, one of the guys hinted that the first major PPV event they were looking at was The Super Bowl.

Complete installation of HyperTV POP by June 1999. The first deal with a TV programmer for HyperTV programming by September 99.
Complete integration of individualized TV software into HITS by September 99. The rollout of Fox Sports Plus in Southeast region in the 4th quarter 99. An individualized TV PPV event sometime in 2000.

I hope that this really does mean Southeast and isn't a typo which is moving Southwest out into 4Q. Southwest in 3Q followed by Southeast in 4Q would be great.

Any more info about the "first deal with a TV programmer" in Sep 1999? Is this when the product will go live (the POP opens in June) or is this when the first company will announce that they are going to develop a product?
