Thanks Tom,

I'm sure that there are a number of issues including:

- Financing
- Interest of the Auto companies, obtaining commitments for x years into the future to take production.
- Solicitation for potential capital participation from the Auto companies.
- Rationalization of the political risks, likely of neighbor to the south.

You are likely on in the thinking that financing will take into account all of the factors and when financing steps up to the plate there will be enormous confidence. The big question in my mind is what will be left for the initial shareholders when the big boys come to play (if they do).

Seems like this project should be able to attract a following.
