Buy the story, because it's completely true. I know Chris and his story is 100% accurate. He and I weren't GIVEN shares in the reverse merger. We already owned them from the cd-rom yearbook investment. I'm not sure what you can't seem to understand about the 144 filings. If the stock miraculously jumped to $200 tomorrow of course we would consider selling some shares. Filing the 144s gives us an OPTION that any prudent investor would want. At what point exactly do you recommend for us to register our shares? Also, it takes about 2 minutes to fill out the few blanks on a 144, and refiling basically entails changing the date on the form -- completely painless.
