Lorne, of course, that goes without saying but you miss the entire point. Since the original founder and buddies have gotten out, moved on, it has become a completely new company with a new personality, new shoes, and most importantly a different mindset............lets just make a long explanation a short one......these guys don't have a clue about how to exploit their Snap Lake JV or they would have. They probably don't even know where it is. It is just not an issue.............never has been until now.

Lorne.......I play the stocks for one reason only.....to make money....the better the PR the better the chances, you call it hype, I'll call it PR.........measure Abers shareprice performance over the last 12 months compared to Winspears.....Aber will most likely make money in spite of itself, Winspear will make money because of itself.

It almost hurts to say this but I have to agree with Chuck. Lorne there's a difference between hiring the best Beancounters and Legal Eagles and having them IN CHARGE. Mostly it takes creative imagination to visualize a successful company down the road a piece. Precedents, and Accounts are intereting but if they get too creative it gets close to being illegal.

Sorry for this Lorne but I can't resist it. With all those paper shufflers you'd think one of them could have kept his eye on the ball while it was in play.

Lots of Luck
