I would not want to take the risk of DCHF being another CDOT or NETO. I realize that at most you are putting up 800$$ but that could be put to better use. At very worst you get some and it turns out to be a dog. You have to flip it and risk future punishment from E-trade (IF they ever get there act together). I am holding out for better upside opportunity.
